Since working with Airdev, we’ve seen an increase in users, better usability, and fewer customer support questions. Additionally, we’ve received positive feedback from our customers, who have told us that the site is cleaner and easier to use and that they like the added functionalities.

The team hit every milestone and made what could have been a complex technical build feel straightforward and manageable.

What impressed me most was how AirDev elevated my vision. As a first-time founder working with developers, I expected execution, but I got collaboration. The team asked sharp, strategic questions I hadn’t considered, which pushed me to refine the product, think outside the box, and ultimately deliver a more focused and aligned service.

AirDev’s project management was excellent, super clear, organized, and easy to follow. They kept me updated through every step, from the initial design sprint to development and testing. There were a couple of small delays toward the end while they polished features and did a final QA pass, but they always communicated openly and made sure the final product was stable and high-quality.

What I really liked was how responsive they were to feedback. Every time I suggested an idea or UX tweak, they considered it thoughtfully and often implemented it right away. We used BugHerd for collaboration, which made giving and tracking feedback simple. Overall, they were reliable, transparent, and genuinely invested in making the product great

What really stood out to me about AirDev was how collaborative and thoughtful they were throughout the whole process. Even though I don’t have a tech background, they made everything easy to understand and helped turn my ideas into something real. They didn’t just build what I asked for. They actively helped refine the vision and offered smart suggestions that made the product better.

I was also impressed by how quickly they moved without sacrificing quality. In just a few weeks, they delivered a clean, functional MVP that felt polished and ready for users. The combination of speed, communication, and genuine care for the project made working with them a great experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Airdev could have done differently?

One thing that could be improved is adding more proactive check-ins or short progress summaries between milestones. The team was always responsive when I reached out, but having a bit more structure in updates. Like quick weekly recaps or visual progress snapshots, would make it easier to track what’s done and what’s next, especially for founders who aren’t from a tech background.

It’s a small thing, but it would make an already great experience feel even more seamless and transparent.
