What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ranking for keywords increased from under 5 to 65 and counting. Traffic to our site has become steady, where previously we had virtually no traffic. We have a steady flow of sales opportunities coming through our site and increased phone calls, where previously our leads were virtually nonexistent. Domain authority has increased by 3 points. Average time spent on the site, bounce rate, conversion, leads...all metrics have significantly improved.

Project management is like no other.  The team is highly responsive and helpful.  If your contact doesn't have the answer, you will have it after a quick consultation with their highly knowledgeable team.  They give you the right advice, tell you precisely what you need to do, and how.  They deliver on time and go above and beyond with every interaction.

We have two very different projects, one that's more of a start up and one that's more established. We want to continue to grow our established brand and keep our customers informed. With our start up we want to bring awareness that we have a platform for our customers to use that can help them accomplish their goals.

Their willingness to teach. SEO is a beast, and one that I can't even begin to comprehend! But they are paitent in helping me understand, and they don't try to hide what they are doing behind some complicated techy sounding words. Agency Jet puts it all out there for us and makes sure we understand what's going on.

Their project management has been great, although I do not like ClickUp as a platform, thankfully I get things emailed to me to notify me and from there am able to stay on top of what I need to give them back.

Also they listen really well to feedback and don't try to just say "well we know best so just do it our way". There are things we don't want to change on our site and they listen really well and collaborate well to find solutions that benefit us both.

The original goal was to improve the PopUp Towing Product brand awareness. We felt that if we had a more recognized brand sales would improve. We needed a professional marketing company to accomplish these broad based goals.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Agency Jet has delivered on everything promised: Web site optimization, with continuing recommendations for site improvements. Measureable results: they have improved our keyword positions with Google from zero page one results to 46 keywords on page one and 21 page two ranking currently. 

Agency Jet has produced content for six short blogs and two long blogs, of 1000 words or more per six month campain. They have produced one video blog per campaign. They schedule a monthly meeting with PopUp to go over the analytics and recommend any changes within the campaign.

The project management has been awesome! Hazel is our main point of contact. He is a very good communicator and very professional. Hazel and his team have always completed everything promised a head of schedule. They have provided options and welcome input from us regarding all content. 

An example, multiple topics for blog posts, video blogs or keywords, always taking time to explain how it will work.They have taken the time to teach me why they are doing what they do to reach our goals. They have always responded to our needs. Any questions we have gets answered very quickly.

Their level of expetise and professionalism while being easy to communicate with. The project managment and teams they have available to get everything done. Transparensey, they disclose everything and take the time to answer any questions.

I can't think of anything they could improve regading the results and experience I've had with them.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Agency Jet has provided us with everything from SEO to website development and maintenance services. We’re currently rebuilding our website, and it’s a large-scale project. The website is an agile-based custom platform that should enable us to convert buyers. Everything about it and its structure is customized for us. It’s also highly data-driven.
 
In the future, we’re going to move forward with Agency Jet and use their support in doing updates while implementing SEO work. For technologies, the website is built using WordPress with WooCommerce integration.

Our web ranking and traffic have been spot-on, thanks to Agency Jet. The quality of their work has been top-notch.
How did Agency Jet perform from a project management standpoint?
Agency Jet’s project management has been great; they meet our deadlines and stay on budget. Artem has been fabulous. He’s highly organized and provides feedback, guidance, and industry knowledge. To communicate, we use Basecamp and have two weekly calls via Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m impressed with their knowledge and ability to know our goal. They work as hard as they can to help us achieve our goals.

No, there aren’t any.

Agency Jet knows their stuff in and out, and they’re transparent about their costs and abilities. They may not be the cheapest team around, but you’ll definitely get what you pay for with them. They build partnerships instead of just doing work.

After interviewing multiple companies. We ultimately decided that with Agency Jet's transparency, they would be a good fit for us.

We started with a discovery phase, where they laid out our SEO strategy. They came fully prepared with Blogs, Videos, and website updates that should be made.

I worked significantly with one member from Agency Jet. I know there were multiple people on the back end of my account, but I never met face to face with them.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Overall, our traffic to the site increased. They also met the objective of getting a majority of our keywords to page one. One deliverable that they fell short on was the conversion rate between the traffic coming in and the conversion of those leads to customers.

Our account manager was awesome. She always had things to me in a timely manner. The communication between us was very good! The monthly meetings did get quite repetitive. Towards the end of the relationship, it seemed as if the calls were not worth my time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Agency Jet is truly a helping company. If you have any questions at all, or what to earn more about a topic or process, they are more than willing to step in and help you.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would have liked it if they didn't place all the focus on which keywords were on page 1, but instead focusing on the keywords that would bring us revenue. I was looking for more of a partnership in the fact that they would bring new ideas to us. One example was the fact that our website page speed was decreasing, I wish they would have brought this up to me sooner and we could have came up with a plan to fix it. Another area of improvement for them would be the videos. I believe these videos they create could be more professional looking.

I’m the director of marketing for Morrissey Hospitality, a hospitality management company in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota. We have 18 different brands across hotels, restaurants, and event centers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Agency Jet?

The end of 2020 was a difficult time for hospitality in general. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a lot of online competition and restaurant delivery. We wanted to ensure that our brands were at the top of the search results.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially engaged Agency Jet for SEO services. First, we gave them the words we wanted to rank for, and they provided us with the research. Based on that, we narrowed down the words we wanted to target.

After a few months, we also did a website redesign. They’ve done our website template as a standardized navigation template at the top of all the brands. During that process, they added where we could put content for searchable keywords.

In addition, they’ve developed sites from scratch for two of our restaurant brands.  The team already had the templates, but they’ve switched them over to WordPress. Users can purchase gift cards and do online ordering. Also, Agency Jet has set up an e-commerce part. We’re currently running a gift card promotion where people can buy $100 gift cards and get a $20 card for free. The rest of the site is straightforward; it showcases our menu, hours, and pictures. They’ve integrated our Instagram account so our feed shows up at the bottom of the website.

What is the team composition?

We have a main point of contact per section, so we work with Colby (Partner & SEO Director) for SEO and Artem (Partner & Client Strategist) for the websites. Within those sections, about 10 people are working on our account.

How did you come to work with Agency Jet?

We searched on Google for SEO agencies and found them through Clutch. We were looking for a local agency but were open to hiring the best provider, even if it was somewhere in the US. We contacted the top 10 results in our area and reached out to Agency Jet through their website. Since time was of the essence, we also set up an introductory call.

We’ve spent about $90,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Agency Jet in January 2022, and our relationship is ongoing. We’ve committed to another year with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve definitely seen an increase in our keyword ranking. Some words we had weren’t in the top 100, but now they’re in the top three places. Also, our website traffic has increased across all our brands.

How did Agency Jet perform from a project management standpoint?

They use Basecamp, and each of our brands has its own project to track tasks. Agency Jet sends us the targets and due dates; if they don’t get an answer, they move forward. Nonetheless, we’re in good communication with them. We work together to ensure we meet the deadlines.

We have a weekly Zoom meeting with the head of our website projects and a monthly meeting with the SEO team.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re great at explaining the technical side in simple terms. They care about educating their clients on why they’re doing certain steps in the process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes their strength can be their weakness. We don’t need to know everything; we just need them to go ahead and do it.

My advice is to be open to learning about the process. Ask questions and be collaborative. They can’t operate independently without feedback from you because you’re the expert in your business. You know the results you want to get, so the more you collaborate on the engagement, the more successful it’ll be.
