In addition to managing the full lifecycle of the website development process, Storm Brain helped us add another testimonial video to the site because it has been quite a while since I have done so. I sent Storm Brain some footage and some other content, and they put it all together for us. I also wanted to turn our patient education PDFs into trackable links to see if patients forward these links to their family and friends. Overall, Storm Brain was immensely helpful, and we stay in contact now just in case we need anything.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I couldn’t ask for a more professional and unique-looking website. Through our use of Google Analytics, we’re seeing that our links are forwarded to family and friends outside of California, and even outside the country.

Communication is straightforward with Storm Brain. We rely heavily on email, and Storm Brain always responds quickly.

Storm Brain designed our website so that we no longer have to continually change the subject matter or update it every month. The design is fresh and professional-looking.

We had direct communication with our project manager and found it very easy to communicate our ideas to him. We only had three revisions before we launched the website.

With data analytics, we can see that people outside the country are clicking on our trackable links. This means that our current patients are forwarding these links to family and friends outside their hometown, which is our goal. We can see how many people visit our website, what devices they use, and where they are located.

We simply emailed our contact at Storm Brain to create links for PDFs, and he did so within a day. He also provided information about tracking the links.

The website is professional. We appreciated their extremely quick responses to inquiries and projects.

I can't think of any areas for improvement. They were a good company that was always available for questions.

We’re able to use the site as a sales tool, showcasing our work and referencing it during all of our preliminary conversations and strategy meetings with new clients. We also get a lot of compliments on our brand and our overall company image.

They managed the project very effectively. Throughout the process of design and development, we communicated regularly with the Storm Brain team through email or phone. It was nice that we had just one point of contact that took care of us from start to finish.

All of the design assets were provided to us for review and our internal QA. We then sent off feedback and additional direction to their team. It was a time consuming process, but one that was detailed and easy to navigate.
