They’ve delivered the work on time. In particular, the project manager has been available almost every hour of the day, even at times when we don’t request him to be on hand. Moreover, the team is very amenable to any changes we need. Since our industry is heavily regulated, we need to ensure that messages are conveyed in a certain way to stay legally compliant. Additionally, we regularly engage in conversations through internal messaging and have biweekly meetings to hear updates on their work.
