Project management has been great to work with as has the Dev team assigned to us. They delivered agreed upon automation tests on time. Basic communications are through Microsoft Teams...and during standard hours, I don't believe I have ever had a query not be acknowledged within 10 minutes. QA Wolf's has partnered with us instead of taking over. They listen to our needs and offer multiple solutions.
