December Labs was flexible in being willing to use Slack and Trello as we requested. We found those methods to be the best way to communicate and track their progress without bothering their developers too much. We also have weekly meetings. Additionally, their team has made an effort to visit with us in person, either in California or in Houston. Their management team has been very present and available.
