Crucible Metal Solutions is a custom manufacturer offering solutions to meet your foundry tooling, prototyping, casting and machining needs. We are a full service pattern shop and nonferrous foundry. Our capabilities include the production of industrial patterns, permanent molds, core boxes and other tooling for the foundry industry. We are also experienced in producing prototypes for a variety of applications. Other services include program engineering management, CAD design, CNC machining as well as sinker EDM machining. We are able to work with steel, iron, aluminum, brass, bronze, foam, urethane and other materials upon request. Unique to Crucible Metal Solutions is the ownership of its very own nonferrous foundry specializing in nobake sand castings in brass, bronze and aluminum alloys. Our facility utilizes the latest technology, industry protocols and quality procedures to provide high quality, competitively priced sand castings.
