      What used to take weeks of frustrating and delayed email correspondence is now dealt with in a simple and timely text/email message exchange. I have two people that I'm in direct contact with that can help me with all of my accounting needs whereas in prior firms, I would have "access" to a general team. But since everyone was "responsible" for my account, it seems as though no one was responsible. They are incredibly on top of things and always available for anything and everything!
