4.0 Oct 6, 2017They’re pleasant to work with, communicate well, and give us the impression of being a part of the team. I know that we pay them a monthly fee, but it feels like Basis 365 is one of us because they’re just as invested in our business as we are. For me, there is a tendency to rely on email communication, but it can become too much to keep up with. What worked well for us was having quarterly meetings where they came to our firm and worked with us on where we’re heading, what our goals are, and how those fit into the services they provide. This has been useful for us in aligning both teams.
