      The Digital Design team is very creative, and their adaptability is most impressive. They’re not like a corporation. They're more of a private company that bends to me a little bit. They'll offer suggestions on the way they can do things, but at the end of the day, they'll adapt to my vision. Even with navigating covid, they’re very accommodating, going above and beyond just being developers.

      While we experienced some delays, as is common in projects of this scale, DD.NYC was solution-oriented throughout. They helped us work through challenges by pulling in extra resources when needed, staying flexible, and remaining readily available for calls to talk through options. They consistently pushed for decisions to keep the project moving forward and maintained strong communication between the teams. Their responsiveness and willingness to adapt contributed significantly to the overall success of the project. What impressed the most was DD.NYC’s adaptability and team culture. They consistently showed a genuine investment in our brand and the impact the website would have on how it’s perceived. It never felt like they were just executing tasks, they approached the project with care, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership.
