Scope of Work
YOONG partnered with our product and engineering teams to build a critical, state-specific compliance feature on top of our existing cloud-based Records Management System. The project required translating complex legal guidelines into a highly functional, secure, and user-friendly data intake workflow. Their team handled full-lifecycle contributions, spanning technical design, front-end development, and backend integration. Key Deliverables:

• Interactive Prototypes: Fully realized design components optimized for high-speed, low-friction data entry by field personnel.
• Data Intake Module: A dynamic, logic-driven digital form tailored to handle complex conditional fields as required by state reporting mandates.
• API Integration & Backend Connectivity: Secure, seamless data pipeline integration into our core architecture to ensure reliable data flow and storage.

The success of the project is evident in its technical stability and project timeline. We successfully completed this project with no downtime to our core RMS. Thanks to YOONG's focus on quality, the form process and API are incredibly efficient, resulting in highly accurate data collection and a marked reduction in the time officers spend on administrative reporting.

Because their engineering quality and understanding of the regulatory logic were so strong, we would have loved to see them challenge some of our initial scope assumptions even earlier in the discovery phase. They have great product instincts, and leaning into that proactive advisory role right from day one would add even more value to the partnership.

YOONG partnered with us as the technology development partner to design, build, and scale a B2B healthcare operating platform that connects healthcare providers, laboratories, and insurance partners through a unified digital infrastructure. Our team supported the project across the full product development lifecycle, from architecture design to platform deployment and ongoing optimization. YOONG delivered the following services:YOONG delivered several core modules as part of the B2B healthcare operating platform to support collaboration between healthcare providers, laboratories, and insurance partners. The team developed a partner and provider management module that enables organizations to onboard partners, manage profiles, and control user access. A healthcare service workflow system was built to manage diagnostic requests, route orders to laboratories, and track service status across the entire lifecycle.YOONG also implemented a patient data and record management module that securely stores patient profiles, medical records, and lab results while ensuring proper access control. An integration and API layer was developed to connect the platform with external systems such as electronic health records (EHR), laboratory systems, and insurance services.In addition, the team built a billing and claims management module to support insurance verification, claims submission, and billing workflows. YOONG also delivered an analytics and operations dashboard that provides real-time visibility into service activity, partner performance, and financial reporting.Finally, an administration portal was implemented to manage platform users, organizations, service configurations, and system monitoring. Together, these modules form a centralized platform that helps healthcare organizations streamline operations and collaborate more efficiently.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Service processing time for diagnostic requests and lab coordination was reduced by 30%–40% through automated workflows. Insurance verification and claims processing time decreased from several days to around 24–48 hours. The platform successfully onboarded multiple healthcare providers and laboratories, creating a connected B2B network.Moreover, the administrative workload for healthcare staff was significantly reduced due to digital workflows and centralized data management. Real-time analytics dashboards improved operational visibility and decision-making for the platform. The platform onboarded 50+ healthcare providers, including clinics and specialty medical centers. Over 20 diagnostic laboratories were integrated into the partner network through the platform.The system processed 10,000+ healthcare service transactions per month, including diagnostic requests and service orders. The platform supported multiple concurrent organizations, enabling cross-provider collaboration within a single ecosystem. We received good reviews and helped patients save much time in the process. The average service waiting time decreased by around 25%–30%.The platform enabled same-day appointment confirmation for many services, compared to previous manual scheduling processes that could take 1–2 days.
