BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a professional IT security analyst working in same field for past 9 years.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Xtreme Design House, and what were your goals?

So our company is multinational having 38 branches around the world with over 1200 clients. After a change in policy we ran into a serious issue in dealing with our clients. We needed a system where all regional managers know about the clients, projects etc. Then the branch manager should know how many clients they currently have. Then the country head should have all the info on what's happening with clients in each branch. And we literally had no idea how to tackle this issue. I personally got in touch with Xtreme had a detailed discussion with our IT heads and gave Xtreme the opportunity to work for us in resolving this issue.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

What I found appealing was that once we provided xtreme all the info on what should be fixed they came up in such a detailed report which clearly showed that this report can only be made if you study the issue in detail and that's what made us realize that these are the guys we should go with.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

So the issue was that we needed this system ASAP because the new policy was already implemented and we had to get this aligned with the new system. We received the frontend designs within 2 weeks which surprised our whole department as we had around 38 pages for the CRM. Then we came to the conversion stage where we wanted to use AngularTS technology for the frontend. This stage took some time which we understand as it's the base stage for frontend work. For backend we used C and Python.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were a total of 9 people working on our project. The manager was Max Andrew! And I want to take this opportunity to thank him again for such wonderful services. Rest were the developers and designers assigned for this project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to implement the new CRM system within 3 months although my company was expecting aroound 5 to 6 months. This early launch made our position really strong. We can't thank them enough for making it happen so quickly.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Our main communication was via Call and Google Meet gor video meetings as our whole department needed to be in meetings with Xtreme to make sure no point or idea is missed. After the initial discussions most of the communications was done on call pretty much on daily basis.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They come up with solutions independently. This is their key, honestly. Because not everyone is able to think of innovative and efficient solutions. We literally provided them with a list of horrible issues and problems we will run in the future and they came up with solution plan we couldn't reject.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Really nothing. Just keep up the awesome work up!
