This project involved the development of a custom web application built from scratch for our manned security company. The primary goal of the application was to enhance operational efficiency, ensure accountability, and provide real-time transparency to our clients.

The application is designed to track the activities and patrol routes of our security personnel in real time. Each security officer is assigned a login, and their movements and patrol check-ins are logged and monitored through the system. The application is accessible via desktop and mobile devices, ensuring usability across different platforms.

An important feature of the application is the client portal. Each client is provided with a secure login that allows them to monitor the performance and activity of the security personnel assigned to their site. This adds a significant layer of transparency and helps build trust with our clients.

The deployment of the custom web application led to several measurable improvements in our operations and client satisfaction. Key outcomes include:

Improved Patrol Compliance/  on-time patrol check-ins, as officers are now actively tracked/  in real-time, reducing missed or incomplete patrols /  Reduction in Client Complaints / Faster Incident Response / Higher Client Retesponsention

I had the pleasure of working with Xeedev Team on two complex and critical projects for our company. The first involved programming and implementing a highly functional design for our online store, a task that proved too challenging for previous developers. Guys from Xeedev not only met but exceeded our expectations, delivering a solution that was both technically sound and visually impressive.

The second project was the development of an informative website for our company, featuring a custom design and backend software to support a client portal. Xeedev team also seamlessly handled the translations to our language (slovenian), even though its quite an exotic language to work with. Throughout both projects, they worked efficiently and in close alignment with our detailed requirements, delivering results that were both timely and of exceptional quality.

Although both the online store and client portal are awaiting launch, the development process has demonstrated outstanding progress. The online store, which required an exceptionally demanding graphic design and dynamic functionality, has been completed and tested. Despite the complexity, the team successfully implemented a visually striking and highly responsive platform that excels in performance, as seen in pre-launch testing, which showed great loading speeds and user experience. 

Both systems were developed efficiently and delivered on time, positioning us for a smooth launch. Additionally, early testing of the client portal suggests it will significantly streamline manual processes and enhance client communication once live.

Their project management was highly efficient and responsive throughout both projects. They consistently delivered items on time, even with the demanding complexity of our design and functionality requirements.
