Wise came in to build the back end of our site in Drupal, which enabled us to have a robust structure for publishing.

We auditioned several suppliers and after a lengthy review process we decided on Wise.

Very efficient and communicative; not a lot of fuss, just hard working and effective developers.

We were pleased with the communication and end product. We are still working with them, nine years later.

Not that I can remember. It was nine years ago. Anyway, we were pleased with their work. It was a tough project.

We reviewed their portfolio and selected them based on what we saw

Combining carts and checkout between two separate Magento 2 stores into 1 store, layout updates, extension updates, feature requests - the client has an ongoing relationship with us.

Three people worked with us, the project manager and two backend Magento developers

Not at this time, the relationship is ongoing however they are very timely and communicative

We have daily standup meetings and use our internal PM system to communicate via comments.

The knowledgeable developers are fantastic.

I think the ability to quickly ramp up resources if we need it would be important, but as a development company ourselves we recognize and understand that problem, so no real critiques there.
