We were having trouble sorting out some security issues with our platform. So, we hired Webure Technologies to solve the issues we were having in our application.

What were your goals for this project?

They provided app and IT services in relation to our platform and our mobile platform. They sorted out security anomalies that we needed to address from an IT level to prevent hacking. The team also changed quite a bit of our platform to make it more robust.

They were recommended to us by an American company that we were doing a lot of business with.

Describe the project in detail.

They provided app and IT services in relation to our PC platform and our mobile platform. They sorted out security anomalies that we needed to address from an IT level to prevent hacking. The team also changed quite a bit of our platform to make it more robust. The technologies they used included Java, PHP, SQL. What started off as a small project ended up being quite a large one.

What was the team composition?

We work with about 12 teammates.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It’s extremely hard to find companies like Webure that have expertise across a range of different platforms. They had the answers to everything. Additionally, their technical ability was fantastic and they really understood our problem and what we were trying to achieve. The team came up with a lot of great solutions. Because they’re proficient in multiple coding languages, the team was able to operate on all the platforms, which was helpful.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They perform extremely well. They’ve got great project management systems in place. They set up a communication platform that all of us used for group meetings. It's been a smooth process overall.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their level of technical understanding of applications, backend software, and cloud servers is phenomenal. They really understand the end-to-end of getting a product from concept to execution.

Are there any areas for improvement?

You’re in good hands. When you first start with a new company, you tend to want to ask a lot of questions, but trust Webure Technologies. They’re ethical and know what they’re doing. In addition, they use proper coding and don’t take shortcuts.

We wanted the logistics e-commerce portal to be developed for our company to ease logistics support. Were in we hired Webure Technologies for our portal development with automation implemented as well

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted an automated e-commerce portal to ease the logistics support and management for our company. Believe me, we doubled our orders since then.

How did you select this vendor?

My team found the 10 RFP through different vendors and locations. 3 of them were based in India. It was the time I was in India as well for the business trip where I happened to visit each of the vendor offices and personally meet them and their team to understand the capability of work the team can perform.

I was overwhelmed by the welcome that was done in spite of a sudden visit and then again the team surprised me with the approach and ideas towards the project.

After the visit, we received the detailed RFP from Webure to make sure all the commercials in place with the NDA. After signing the same and allocation of budget we received the 5 mockups of our e-commerce portal along with iOS and Android applications.

We selected 2 after deep tech discussion and went back to Webure with a serious of additional implementation to be made and no changes suggested initially. After the revised mockups we received the beta application for User testing in a months time. Also, the Go live for the same was decided the timelines committed were met by the team.

What was the team composition?

The team comprised of Project Manager [ 1 Nos.] + iOS Developer [ 2 Nos.] + Android Developer [ 2 Nos.] + UI/UX Designer [ 1 Nos.] + Web Designer [ 1 Nos.]

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Below are the outcomes mentioned:-

1. 2800 Downloads

2. Double the number of enquires

3. 60% increase in order processing the reduction of time

4. Live automated order supply updates sent

5. Earned $200,000 as revenue after implementation of the application

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team was very proactive in updating the results achieved on a daily basis to take the feedback. Reaching the Project Manager was just a call away and always answered the call on 1st ring. Any queries made resolved and the replied within 4 Hrs. TAT time. The timeline committed for delivery was met 1 day prior for delivery of project

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was overwhelmed by the welcome that I received in spite of sudden visits without any information to there workplace. The team surprised me with the suggestion and understanding of the project as its their own project that they are working on

We were completely satisfied with the services and consulting provided by Webure Technologies for the project.
