BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Kurirjakt is a courier service platform where customers and drivers meet. I'm currently the CEO of Kurirjakt, based in Sweden.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Webtrica, and what were your goals?

In december 2019 i found Webtrica online. The goal was to create a mobile application for my website that was under construction at the time by another web service company. Unfortunately our source codes was not as promised. Webtrica then took a complete responsibility of creating the platform in both web and app. They hold their timelines and delivered always on time and to a good budget.

SOLUTION

How did you select Webtrica and what were the deciding factors?

I was in touch with several developing companies in Pakistan and India, but at the end Webtrica was the right decision. The key factor why i choose Webtrica is their honestly about how much work was needed without exaggeration. Ali was great, and is also now the CTO of Kurirjakt in remote.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

After speaking with Ali at Webtrica, we decided to mainly develop in Python, mainly because of the hybrid app solution connected to the platform, but also for further development related to AI.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Webtrica has a big and knowledgeable team. We have approximately 15 team members working with my project from Webtrica.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We launched our project in time thanks to Webtrica keeping and delivering under preassure. We are today an established last mile delivery solution in Sweden.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Ali was great, making the project to small milestones. We had daily updates, also with last second changes we did Webtrica was outstanding in listening to our requests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Webtrica is by far the easiest company to work with. Even if they have many employees, you can feel the familiar atmosphere as if it's a natural thing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Webtrica is always improving themselves. I've worked with them not for soon to be 2 years, and during this 2 years Webtica has grown with 8 new employees. It will be an exciting journey to follow, and see how successful they will be.
