We've made the transition successfully, and are getting the kind of experience we desired. Now we are engaging with them again to enhance our platform further.

They are very flexible, use agile methodology, Developers were always available and then we used to have weekly meetings. We used Slack, Jira and for somethings , we used Trello for our tasks.

They communicate really well and think of the business. They've suggested features based on what our competitors are doing, which make complete sense for us to implement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is not much for me to add, I think they should keep doing what they are, and stay as agile as they are right now.

1. They designed the prototype first.
2. Upon approval they developed the key elements of the website.

We just launched our site and sales have started to come in, we are really happy.

They are really flexible, right from direct phone calls to slack,G-meet,Zoom. They are available everywhere. Also they use project management tools as well. We were comfortable with Trello so they used trello with us but I think internally they are using Asana and Jira as well.

Their approach to the requirements I had. They understood exactly what I was looking for and delivered it on time.

Nothing I can think of at the moment.

Our engagement began with an status-quo analysis. They analyzed my webpage for flaws and highlighted which areas need improvement. Then we started working on the different angles of improvement and on a weekly basis they shared update reports which showed how my keywords ranked and how the situation improved.

We were targeting page 1 on google for certain keywords and which target was reached for most keywords within 2 months.

since implementing the SEO traffic increased 5-fold and we are ranking 1 on several keywords. Furthermore we have succesfully increased our reach and therefore increase our sales. We are happy with the performance and the updates were helping to understand the moving parts.

My project manager was very experienced. From the beginning, they guide me through the process and manage my expectations of what is realistic. The timeline is accurate. Communication was smooth.

They even provided information about our competitors and came back with an initial keyword list, which we filtered down through.

We use them for all our web dev tasks and to keep our website functioning correctly on a monthly basis. We'll shortly be working with them on some larger design amendments.

We discovered Rahul and his team on Upwork. We worked with him on some smaller web design tasks, and once we were comfortable with the level of skill, collaborated together on larger design work and continued web dev tasks.

We've collaborated with Webspero on a number of tasks. They will usually start with a zoom call brief to outline the project, followed by tasks set via air table. We use in design for any design-related tasks.

We've had an excellent time working with Rahul and his team at Webspero. They have an excellent eye for detail and design- are super responsive and get our tasks done within a good timeframe. Quick to fix any issues that arise

Responding to deadlines for day-to-day tasks- more communication regarding delivery dates for tasks set would be great. But overall- excellent service and we'll continue to work with them for all our future web projects.

We have seen 20% increase in the keyword rankings, and have started to rank on the top page for our major selected keywords. Our website's health score is 90+ and our content is being mentioned in leading websites as well.

Weekly calls set clear objectives and constant iterations to improve. Tracked the performance and progress of the channel consistently We were also informed about the challenges actions taken, and the growth numbers week on week.

The agency faced ambiguities and challenges with an opportunity mindset. They invested on our project their resources and expertise to provide solutions. They have gone beyond the defined scope and supported fixing the concerns and to reach desired results.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

WebSpero’s work has been really good. They go above and beyond and do more than they initially said they would — they’re really proactive.

As for leading indicators, the team has successfully fixed several website issues for our clients. It’s still early for SEO results because it takes several months to kick in, so we don’t have metrics yet. 

How did WebSpero Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

In terms of sticking to schedule and budget, we’ve had no issues with WebSpero at all. 

Their communication has been spot-on; they tend to follow up with me and ask for further information. We use Zoom or WhatsApp when we need to discuss payments, and all communication related to ongoing work is through Basecamp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by WebSpero’s communication skills and the speed of their deliveries. They have a large team and can get things done really fast.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve in always making sure they have the go-ahead to make any modifications. Sometimes they change elements of websites without approval from clients. This can sometimes be a positive, though.

My advice would be to give them a solid brief, and at the same time, don’t be too restrictive. WebSpero is a professional in the area, and by letting them decide the best course of action, you’ll get the most out of the engagement.
