I’m the president of an online company specializing in search engine placement.

One of our clients wanted us to create an educational mobile app for them, so we reached out to WebPlanet INC to develop it.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to see how WebPlanet INC could manage time lines and checkpoint delays. We were also looking at how accurately they completed their work and how well they executed the client’s tasks.

While we considered over 20 suppliers for the project, we decided to go with them because they assured us that they could deliver the project within the time constraints.

We initially came on board as consultants for the project, quoting the development costs and bringing on WebPlanet INC. Using the client’s visual assets, they developed the app according to the required design specs.

What was the team composition?

We primarily with one of their developers. He took charge of the development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since its launch, the app has been a complete success. Our client was more than satisfied with the final product.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated constantly through a web-based forum.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I appreciated their quick turnaround times, project management, and responsiveness. They completed any changes overnight without needless back and forth.

Are there any areas for improvement?

While we valued their work, we did have some linguistic challenges. At times, their content’s grammar was difficult to understand and required proofreading.
