Appropriate logo with a professional website and smooth integration with other service providers as well as help with the initial marketing

Market reference and one-on-one discussions with multiple vendors

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

1.They were provided the understanding of the business and the requirements for various integrations 2. They created the logo - the first choice they provided was liked by us and we didnt ask for additional options 3.They provided us shortlisted website themes and their first choice - we went ahead with their choice. 4. Website turned out nice. Content was largely provided by us. 5. Integration process is now work in progress 6. Digital marketing has been initiated. Ideas were shared by us and also by them.

What was the team composition?

My interactions were with 5 team members - 1 of them was the key project head, and different team leaders handled logo, website development, marketing and integration

The aim is to support the Government of Kerala to find migrant workers in the state.

We were looking for the best team for developing our requirements. Then we saw some of their successful projects and stuck up with this team.

To add migrant labors full details with their photo and ID's as digital.

We hired their junior and senior developers for app development and backend development. Also, their UI designers and testing.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the right time which they promised us the app was launched successfully and we got some downloads with a good rating. Also, we worked on our side.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their coordination with our team was fantastic. The project manager of their team was fantastic. He has given us more technical and non-technical support which we expected.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The UI design team is especially impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing to point out but if they concentrate more on testing areas it would be good.
