If I could give Webcarvers a negative rating, I would. Although their work quality was exceptional, it felt like they never intended to hand over control of the product. I requested a website and three social media pages for my nonprofit organization. Instead, I received a fake login for the website, and the one social media page I could access was set up using someone else’s email, which is obviously problematic. Initially, customer service and my representatives were helpful. I informed my initial rep that I would focus on the website, social media, and SEO later, as I was still setting up the nonprofit.

When I was finally ready, I couldn't access the website. My rep suggested I make changes myself, but I couldn't log in. He provided the same login details but no clear way to access the site. It felt like they wanted to control everything without delivering the $2800 service I paid for.

Problems I've encountered:

1. Inability to log into my website

2. The company refused to release control of the website to me

3. Inaccessible pages

4. Three different representatives since my purchase

5. The company was sold during the process

6. Refusal to issue a refund or deliver the product

7. No access to the website or social media pages without contacting the company

8. Persistent upselling of additional products when they hadn’t delivered on the original products

9. Customer service failed to address all my concerns, including issues with the website's verbiage

10. Customer service response times were slow.

A positive review: I got a nice logo. I was charged $50 for the rights to it.

I got a website.

Bruce was pretty cool. He left the company. 
No, they did not deliver the products on time. 
They said they would deliver the items, but it basically became a back-and-forth texting match.
