1. Recruit new shoppers to our website and convert these visits to sales 
2. Increase sales across a variety of categories. 

Traditionally, we relied on two or three categories to drive online sales whereas, we wanted to expand our portfolio and improve sales across the board

They kept us up to date on their progress throughout and provided regular reports and recommendations if changes were required. Not only have our online sales grown, but we have also increased the repertoire of products sold through our website, which was one of our key goals.

Perhaps more training on how we could manage certain things ourselves, rather than relying on their team for everything
