I’m the general manager and director of a supply chain management company. We source products from other countries and supply them in Saudi Arabia.

What challenge were you trying to address with Way 2 WebSoft Technologies Pvt Ltd? 

I couldn’t showcase my products before because I didn’t have an online presence. As a result, I wanted Way 2 WebSoft to design a website to display our products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Way 2 WebSoft designed a website for us. It wasn’t exactly an e-commerce website since we don’t sell online. However, customers could go to the website and view our products and pricing. Their team created it completely from scratch using the PHP technology stacks. Moreover, they provided 2–3 web design samples for us. Apart from that, they also integrated a chat function on the website, helping us communicate with website visitors. 

At present, Way 2 WebSoft works on our SEO campaigns. They ask me plenty of questions about the products we want to sell in the market. We then research the keywords that people use to find such products; we’re currently trying to rank for certain keywords on Google. 

Further, Way 2 WebSoft also helps us post fliers and banners on social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. They’ve asked if we need PPC services, but we haven’t taken them up on that offer yet because of budget issues.

We work with a project manager, a web developer, and a designer.

I found Way 2 WebSoft through a Google search. Then, they showed me the projects they’d completed, proving the quality of their resources’ work. I contacted them, and we started the engagement from there.

We started working together in January 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

In terms of success metrics, Way 2 WebSoft sends Google Analytics reports to us. Our sales teams also have their own success metrics. So far, we rank for over 15 keywords on the first page of Google search results. In terms of traffic, we usually get 300–400 organic visitors. 

How did Way 2 WebSoft Technologies Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

Way 2 WebSoft’s project management is perfect. Every time I place a request, they immediately work on it whatever commitment they have. They also explain things to me clearly. To communicate, we use emails, phone calls, and many other platforms. They’ve also recommended using Zoho as our project management tool, but I don’t often use it. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

As a businessperson, I don’t understand much about technicals and technical terms. However, whenever I ask for something, Way 2 WebSoft quickly picks up on my requirements. They provide solutions that exceed my expectations, and their services are cost-effective.

Are there any areas they could improve?

From a business perspective, I only want them to exert more effort on generating more business for me.
