Demonstrated a strong work pace and exceptional dedication, reflected in highly successful outcomes and an outstanding volume of deliverables. Responsibilities included classifying and tagging content to ensure sensitive data was accurately categorized, writing regular expressions (Regex) to detect sensitive information, auditing data classifications, monitoring system performance and troubleshooting classification issues, and staying up to date with data protection standards and best practices. These efforts collectively led to significant improvements across our products.

There was consistently high availability over both email and Slack, and all deliverables were provided on time and to the expected standard. Additionally, they were very willing to step in and assist with other aspects as needed.

They found it slightly more challenging to source more specialized and complex roles, such as a senior-level endpoint developer. However, aside from that, they offer a comprehensive range of required positions across various experience levels and at reasonable cost.

While we use platforms like Shopify for our simpler, standard sites, our more demanding clients required a level of customization that outgrew those platforms. The system Wafi Solution built is a true enterprise growth engine delivering clear business outcomes. Thanks to the custom "site builder," we can now launch a new, fully personalized B2B client site in just 1 to 2 weeks, down from our previous 4 to 5 weeks, driving incredible self-service adoption for our internal team. By automating the transmission of design PDFs to the printing vendors, we’ve seen a massive improvement in order accuracy and a significant cycle-time reduction, completely streamlining our operational efficiency.

Managing 18 distinct sites with customized ERP syncs naturally comes with a steep learning curve for our internal team. However, Wafi Solution long-term support and optimization after launch have been phenomenal, providing the documentation and hands-on help we needed to master the new ecosystem.
