I am the Owner of Live Ritually a holistic health and wellness company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire WADIC, and what were your goals?

We hired WADIC to build our e-commerce platform. Building out our website from scratch with several features including custom checkout experiences for different customer types.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them online through a search of local development providers in Colorado. After speaking with some of there prior clients we selected WADIC to deliver our scope.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They designed and developed a modern WordPress site for our business. The challenge was creating a 3 client-tier login for the site to appear differently for each of these 3 types of users. We also need our fulfillment centers integrated to the website for some select products so they could be auto ordered and shipped directly to the client.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 4 more people that worked with us. We have a project manager, and an assistant project manager, developers, and a solution architect. We of course during the sales and onboarding process were in connection with their sales teams.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch early than anticipated and our entire scope of work was delivered! We thought some of these options may not be feasible but WADIC was able to come up with proper solutions and went above and beyond our expectations.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management style was great, everything was done in Agile which I was familiar with so made things very easy. Every task was clearly laid out and defined to the hour. We always knew what our bill would be based on the clear requirements laid out by the team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication and understanding of the scope. This can always be tricky but they were able to understand our needs and deliver.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, everything was great. I think managing schedules for meetings can be tricky and sometimes that was an issue but overall great!
