For what projects/services did your company hire Voostech, and what were your goals?

We wanted to develop a mobile app for our users to access our delivery services. Our goal was to have a user-friendly platform that was easy to update from an admin perspective. We need two apps one for users and one for dispatch riders.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We search online for developers in our area and checked their products in the play store.

We provided details for the app and they develop two apps (one for users and one for dispatch riders/fleet managers). Both apps were created using flutter so that we have a single codebase for iOS and Android. The apps both have push notifications.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager is assigned and occasionally talk with the flutter developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The app has met all our expectations. We are now live in more than 3 cities.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and patient with our ever changing demands. We talk online (Zoom, email, WhatsApp) and occasionally in person or via phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their mobile app development skills blew me away. They knew everything about app development. Since this was our first mobile app, they were also patient and willing to walk us through their process while we learned.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
