I run an import and distribution company. We mostly do business online through our website. We sell smoking accessories.

What challenges were you trying to address with Visibly?

We had some problems with our website. We needed to upgrade and change some of our pages. There were also some new regulatory measures we had to implement.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They worked on our existing WordPress website and implemented changes. They updated our privacy policy and did bug fixes. They also added a payment gateway to our website.

I worked with one person. 

How did you come to work with Visibly?

They were recommended to me. I spoke with them, and they gave me a quote. I was happy with the price, so I decided to move forward with them. 

How much have you invested in them?

We spent around €2,000 (approximately $2,413 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in October 2020, and the project took about 2–3 weeks. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our online sales increased substantially. They rearranged our e-commerce products page to make it easier for customers to find what they are looking for, and that’s helped us a lot. 

How did Visibly perform from a project management standpoint?

They had excellent communication skills. Everything was delivered on time, and they implemented changes quickly. 

We mostly communicated with them through calls and emails. We met in person a few times as well. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very efficient. They give a clear picture before starting, and they execute on that picture. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if they had a photographer to take photos of products for e-commerce websites. It’s easier to have a one-stop-shop. 

They’re easy to work with, and problems were solved quickly. We didn’t have any real problems.
