I’m the owner and CEO of an IT consulting firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Virtuinformatics?

We needed help with PHP website development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Virtuinformatics has provided me with PHP development services. We’re currently in the process of building a few websites. For every project, I’m in charge of building the PHP structure, and they help me code the sites in detail following that structure.

What is the team composition?

I mainly work with Nabeel (Owner), who also has another PHP developer helping him with extra work.

How did you come to work with Virtuinformatics?

I’ve worked with Virtuinformatics in the past, so I keep rehiring them for every project. I originally found them through Fiverr.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our first project took place towards the end of 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Virtuinformatics is great at coding in PHP; their codes are very clean and complete. Whenever they deliver work, I personally look into their code line by line, and I’ve always found it to be perfect. I haven’t found anyone who can write better PHP code than they do.

How did Virtuinformatics perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is my responsibility, so I don’t hold them accountable for it. I value quality over everything else, so I don’t care how long they take. I like the quality of their work so much that I always give them time to work and don’t pressure them to deliver within certain deadlines. We communicate via WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of the code Virtuinformatics writes for me is amazing. I can only speak for their PHP work, but if they code using other languages as well as they do using PHP, I can say that they’re an excellent development company. Additionally, they always know what I want. Whenever I tell them to do something, they spend time working on it to deliver exactly what I requested, which I love.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. I can’t think of anything negative about their work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear about what you want and provide details about the product you expect. Surely, Virtuinformatics will bring the best of themselves to deliver what you want.
