I’m the owner of a Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Urtasker?

I needed help in FBA launch, product research, and sourcing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Urtasker is helping me find profitable products in China that we can import to the US and sell through Amazon. We are working together to source around 10 products — they research the background of the products they come across. Additionally, they manage our advertisements, listings, and PPC campaigns. They assist me in all tasks concerning my e-commerce store. 

What is the team composition?

I primarily work with Aaron (Specialist), but whenever we meet through Skype, there are 3–4 other people that view our meeting.  

How did you come to work with Urtasker?

I found them through Google. After listening to what they could do for me, I decided to go with them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We have spent around $3,000–$4,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2020, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

It’s been a slow start getting the products from China, and right now, we still have a few products in transit. That said, I can definitely see our revenue starting to increase. We’ve been brainstorming together to increase our sales. 

Urtasker is good at getting views, but we’re trying to refine our campaigns and minimize our ad expenses because it’s cutting into the profits. Despite that, everything seems to be going well right now. 

How did Urtasker perform from a project management standpoint?

They update me weekly on the tasks they completed and loop me in about their day’s agenda. We usually communicate through Skype; they send a detailed email at the end of the week. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with the level of their communication. Throughout the day, they communicate what they’re working on and keep me abreast with their progress.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. Everything with Urtasker has been straightforward. If they’re not sure about something, they give me a call. I don’t have any qualms with them right now. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Consider your relationship with Urtasker as a long-term relationship. You won’t see results overnight; you have to be patient and allow them to use their expertise.

What were your goals for this project?

This is, and will remain, an ongoing project. Urtasker takes care of the details so that our time can be devoted to product design.

I direct a single V/A who is also supervised by a Urtasker manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Not yet - we're dealing with the shutdown challenges. I can say that my V/A has relieved a lot of stress.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We video conference monthly with the whole team. Daily skype sessions allow me to address any questions or concerns. Daily reports are emailed to me.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

My V/A was already familiar with both Amazon and my accountability systems.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As we work together I learn my V/A's strengths and where my talents are more applicable. I don't see any areas for improvement.

I love add more product and hit 2m plus with the help of URTASKER and I know it will happen.

I went to Brooklyn for the first time for the Amazon event and fall in love with them and never look back.

Since I started my business went 400%. I can't say much and I am still with them

Great I can call anytime because I am in NJ and they have office in NY.
