We are still working with them to get our product listing up and running and in good shape, but so far, they have been very knowledgeable and have quickly helped resolve any issues we have had with Amazon.

It has been good, and the only reason I am giving a four-star rating is due to the fact that our listings are still being finalized and we haven't added A+ content yet or any PPC. Also, due to turnover we have worked with three different people during our time with them.

We’ve seen a 100% increase in revenue across all of our Amazon stores compared to last year. Urtasker has also been able to resolve all of the issues that we used to encounter on our Amazon account.

Urtasker has performed well in terms of project management. Their communication is excellent — they always reply within 24 hours whenever I ask them a question or raise a concern.

In account handling, our consultants manage overall account health, inventory management and work many other things in order to make our account health good, which eventually help us to grow our business.

Listing Optimization: Work on listing optimization in order to rank and index our keywords by conducting comprehensive keyword research using their expertise.

How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?

The CEO reached out to me and proactively addressed concerns and offered to take action to make it right – a better feedback system, was open to suggestions, etc. He was very engaged with his business, cared about the client’s experience and wanted to take immediate action.

That communicated a positive message to me. Miscommunication and mismatch in expectations can happen even if both sides mean well. I appreciated the gesture of the CEO to hear my side of the story and to take tangible action to rectify the differences. 

I see it as a strong positive when a business relationship wants to make it right. There is no need to hold any negative view anymore if things are made right and your feedback is heard, so I am flexible enough to change my point of view. That is why I am leaving an updated view, because their initiative to take action needs to be included here as part of the full review.   

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

Just ask when the deliverables will arrive before you sign the contract, so that your expectations match. I am not saying they take extra long, I am just saying that entrepreneurs can sometimes have their own timelines and deadlines to launch everything. If you ask, they will tell you, so all you have to do is ask. 

Also, I don’t think they charge you separately for PLC for every client. As long as you are not paying separately for the PLC, I think you are fine. I can’t speak on any other services other than PLC, because that’s the only things I did with them and did not do other projects.

When Urtasker submitted their work, I only got the copy-and-pasted PLC numbers, which anyone could really gain access to if they subscribed to Helium 10— there were no strategies or explanations included, and I was disappointed because I paid them a fair amount of money to meet those expectations. Upon relaying my disappointment, they conducted market research but delivered miscalculated results that didn’t contribute to the project as well.

I then asked their team to do some Photoshop work for me to compensate for my unmet goals, so I could at least benefit from the payment I gave — however, Urtasker then told me that this was out of their skill set. After that conversation, I just decided to cut ties with them.

The project was poorly handled. I was expecting to get positive results from Urtasker’s work — given their rave reviews online. It turned out that they didn’t know how to calculate revenues nor come up with substantial strategies, which every marketing agency must be familiar with.

Urtasker could consider altering their business model to improve the quality of their services.

If you’re going to engage Urtasker, be wary of the reviews you see. Most of their featured reviews online were given prior to the changes they made in their business model, and they now charge a higher rate for every deliverable. If you’re an entrepreneur wanting speedy and quality results, don’t consider working with them.

We are sorry to find this unwarranted review. The Urtasker team prides overserves on results, uncompromised solutions and we believe in long-term strategic relationships with our clients. Unfortunately, this particular client was not searching for consulting services, but rather was looking for a training platform to learn the processes and exit shortly after, to which her review reflects. During our relationship she paused intermittently and at the time of this writing continues to have 6 months remaining on her signed contract.

Additionally, the client did not have funds in her account to cover the invoice but asked us to proceed in good faith, which we did, to find that the funds could not clear her bank. As the amount in her account was not sufficient to cover the SOW, she decided to only pay for PLC but only after we presented the PLC. At such time she communicated that she would only continue with URTASKER if the processes and technical learnings are accessible to her. We being the credible multinational company handled every query very professionally as we believe in one team and one vison which is to build strong strategic partnerships with our clients.

Regardless of the aforementioned we strive for 100% satisfaction and stand ready to assist and partner with our clients to maximize their full success and potential.

Urtasker is our primary web development service provider. The initial project started with them updating and mapping our warehouses and inventory to display, and then followed by a theme installation. They then built the site map and added all the apps and plugins to make the platform function properly.

After that, they set up the store, created the navigation menus, and connected everything to our internal systems to make sure everything works. Moreover, they set up our Google Analytics account and installed the necessary third-party plugins to keep everything in working condition.

The website that they’ve built looks substantially modernized compared to our family of other Shopify websites. It looks clean, professional, and people can tell that it was developed with a lot of thought. The team is very good at understanding our concepts and vision, and they continue to work with me every step of the way to ensure that they deliver the product that we’re looking for.

They perform excellently from a project management standpoint because they’re always available and transparent. We mainly use Slack to communicate.

We’re impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and clarity in communicating.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think they could improve on anything because I’m really happy with their work. The process has been very smooth, so I have no formal complaints or issues.

I would advise them to be sure about what they want their end product to look like and how it would function, before moving into the initial discovery phase. Iron out the process, measurables, and timelines so there would be no surprises throughout the duration of the project.

To date, the project has been a nice success story primarily due to the ongoing daily diligence and follow-through performed by Sana Khan. Sana's desire for continued excellence combined with her diligent daily follow-through to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects is superior.

We have weekly sync Zoom calls to ensure all aspects of the company projects, timelines, and goals are adhered to. Communications to date have been excellent.
