It's pretty simple - cost depends on # of dials and # of contacts to call. And for our campaign we've had a positive ROI since day one. I get access to their CRM which allows me to make changes to the script and track the process of each campaign.

Lisa is a pleasure to work with. She's extremely fast in her responses.
