It's always sad to realize that there really are sharks out there in cyberspace but it's the truth. There are a lot of disreputable individuals who will take your hard earned money and gaslight you that you agreed to everything and they gave you the benefit of your bargain. Twelverays Agency Ltd. is one of these places.

I gave them money for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and not one single thing has changed one iota on my website, $1,538 later. I was told by an especially incompetent and deceptive employee, who uses the name Lyric, that my traffic had "improved 73%." She was getting this from the fact that when I returned home from a vacation I put up a series of hit pieces and the traffic spiked for a few days.

I said, "Do you have any OBJECTIVE criteria? What about the proprietary tools that you have that supposedly tell you what percentage of visitors to my site is from organic search, that kind of thing?" I asked this FOUR TIMES and was totally ignored.

The "keywords" that were developed were ludicrous. I was told that "social issues" was a big keyword. We went back and forth over this for a while. I guess I should have bailed at that point because this was becoming laughable.

Julian, the sales rep, assured me that there was someone at Twelverays who "was a genius" and could get my site "on the first page of Google Analytics." I followed up on that as well. Crickets.

Then Julian was going to take over my ad stack and had numerous dialogues with myself and my technical support person over this issue. That process was never even begun -- but I paid for "the first month" to the tune of $869.

Bottom line, I'm taking these people to court. And I'm publishing the truth of my experience with them every single place that I can.

This company is the Mos Eisely of the internet. Remember the line in Star Wars, as Obi-Wan gestures towards the spaceport and says, "Such a hive of trash and villainy as you will not find anywhere else?" That's Twelverays. Don't go near them. You will live to regret it and you'll probably end up in court, too.
