The technical team started with an in-depth Discovery Phase and provided detailed documentation including a Software Architecture Document (SAD), design concept, Quality Attribute Scenarios and a detailed Project Plan. They also outlined the Team Composition to match our resource needs. After the discovery phase the development team started working on the online web portal and on-premise app suite. One of the biggest challenges we had was to ensure real-time communication between the On-Premises App Suite and the cloud-based Web Portal and the Tridhya Tech Limited team solved it. Another big challenge was to create a unified codebase for both the Web Portal and the On-Premises App Suite. We had 2 development phases where the main functionalities were created and tested. After that we moved to a maintenance agreement as our system needs permanent support and improvements. We are still working with their team.

We achieved all our internal goals. Tridhya Tech Limited released the first version of the solution on time. In the second phase the team expanded the solution’s features and presentation to meet our goals. After the second phase we continue to work with Tridhya Tech Limited’s experts who now maintain and optimize the AVFX product for long term success. They use different metrics to ensure development meets our expectations. Tridhya Tech Limited team implemented BA and QA metrics and tracked bugs per task to deliver high quality. We organized and participated in a dozen or so shows and got positive feedback from our partners and customers across different countries and organizations. Describe their project management.

They assigned a dedicated Project Manager to the project who was with us from the very beginning of our collaboration. He managed our expectations and the development team’s engagement. Both phases were completed on time and any minor delays during development were reported and fixed very quickly. Overall Tridhya Tech Limited team was flexible during this period. Any changes or updates from our end were addressed and implemented. Their team supported our events on weekends or had calls with us in their late hours. With such a proactive team we were able to host a large event for 75 workstations and looking forward to expand our capabilities.

They provided a detailed scope of work that was over 100 pages long. We had several exchanges back and forth to tweak requirements for a few weeks. Our respective lawyers also reviewed the scope. After the scope was approved, the team began the project launch and moved into the design phase. They started with low-fidelity wireframes and swimlanes, then progressed to high-fidelity designs, which are nearing completion. The next step is turning the project over to the development team, with the goal to finish by the end of November 2025. Additionally, the Tridhya Tech Limited team provides consultancy to help us grow the app, advising on customer support workflows, recommended tooling, and connecting us to other partners who can help.

Tridhya Tech Limited stepped in and first worked on the UI side, updating our marketing site and fixing parts of our main application. They built out management tools, cleaned up abandoned features, and helped our developers debug where code was breaking. Later, they supported backend integration, QA, and project management. Their team covered everything from Java server development to testing and ongoing improvements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results have been solid. Internally, our communication and workflows improved, and their QA gave us confidence in the product. Once the next release goes live, we’ll track more metrics, but so far the feedback is positive.
