They’ve also worked really well with our internal team and are very receptive to feedback as well as new ideas. I also like how the whole partnership feels highly collaborative. Even though they were working on a standalone component, they would still regularly meet with our team and make suggestions about every element of the project, whether it was UI design suggestions or different approaches to coding. We primarily communicated through Slack, but we also had daily standups on Zoom. We also utilized Shortcut, which is an agile project management tool, to track milestones and see how they are progressing through a sprint.

For our second web project, the frontend was already developed, so they built the CMS into it using GraphCMS, MailChimp, and Firebase. Since then, the scope of work has just continued to grow, we’re always finding something for them to do, whether that’s solving a technical problem or building in analytics for us. 
They’ve recently built a custom blog, which will go live soon. We’re also looking to bring them in for support on our React Native-based mobile app. It’s a solution that we’re building in house as a new crypto to crypto mobile wallet. Tridhya Tech will be responsible for building the Zendesk integration, both for our website and app. Then, they’ll connect the backend of the app to our website for analytics, modeling, and business intelligence purposes.

What started as one project has now become a successful partnership, which speaks to how brilliantly they’ve worked.
