• Increase website traffic by 30% (failed) 
• To commence project in two weeks (failed) 
• To do project for fixed price however extreme deception was used to get me to sign contract and have now paid $500 a month as agreed for 6 months only but now paid for over 1 year now and they do not complete project.

Needed firewood prices changed for that winter at the start of the season as promised upon signing contract however as soon as salesman signs contract he does not leave me a copy and website took 4months before first changes began. Company delays in order to charge a continuous $500 a month.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Found it unique that the salesman totally lied and mislead with extreme deception to get a contract signed. They did not deliver on their promises.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Traffic Radius Pty Ltd could have done differently?

If the salesman and Customer specifically agree to a FIXED price of $3000 to get basic changes made to an established website by paying $500 a month over 6 months then that deal should be honoured however the salesman lied and my bank account got direct debited continually whilst every aspect of the project was delayed month after month. Traffic Radius should not use yes men that lie and use misleading and deceptive conduct under section 51 and 52 of the trade practices act in order to get a signature on paper Then not give a copy to the customer after the fraudulent transaction has commenced. Extreme deception now detected.
