Our company specializes in the sale of household appliances, and also provides repairs with a guarantee. My position in the company is a customer service manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tobto.io?

We hired a company to create several web resources that could fully reflect our activities. It was an online store, as well as 2 landing pages. In addition, we ordered the setting and support of Google advertising, which the company is engaged in to this day.

What were your goals for this project?

It was important for us to complete the project in a short time, as well as have continued support for our products.

How did you select this vendor?

We were recommended by acquaintances who had already ordered a website and a mobile application from them. We contacted their manager and for several short calls we agreed on all the conditions and agreed on a budget.

An online store with a flexible interface was developed, as well as an admin panel. Connected online payment system and alert users via sms and email. Google analytics and google ads were set up.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted, as we know, of the manager, developer and tester. The site design was already ready.

We have good sales through the created web resources, and Google advertising works as we expected.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Management was fairly well performed at the level. Constant communication, openness in work, and warning about all possible risks in advance were all great.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The ease with which they make calls and share information on the movement of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

In general, we are pleased with the work of the company, the only thing we can recommend to the guys is that there is a little more information about them, as well as about the services that they provide.
