Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the founder and CEO of FolkSoft ltd. (FundFantasy.com). Our company provides fair solutions to recreational financial speculators, in a simulated, social and gamified environment.

For what projects/services did your company hire Titanium Blockchain?

We hired them for planning, web and blockchain development, strategy, business development, and investor attainment.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to secure a fully-functional product with a fantastic design that could help us obtain a successful business launch.

How did you select this vendor?

Family and friends, whom I trust and respect, recommended them to us. We met them in person and decided to hire them.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Titanium helps us with planning our projects and develops our web solutions and blockchain technologies. They help us formulate business strategies and help us find suitable investors.

What was the team composition?

We primarily work with eight of their employees, but other experts are added as needed. We also work directly with their CEO as a permanent point of contact.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Titanium's deeply involved in our projects, and their work is crucial to our success.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their team tracks progress and manages milestones using Redmine and an Agile methodology. Overall, they're effective at staying focused and deliver weekly reports to highlight any problems.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to thoroughly adapt and implement new technologies at a professional level is impressive. Their security audits are excellent and save time, as we don't have to double check their work (most of the time). They immediately fix any issues that come up and always look for opportunities to improve.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Shimeba, an outdoor navigation technology company.

What challenges were you trying to address with Titanium Technologies?

We were looking to outsource software development for our navigation technologies. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve helped us primarily with the development of our Android and iOS mobile apps. They’ve done web development for us as well. We provide them with wireframes and necessary documents, and they develop the technology on a native platform. 

What is the team composition? 

We work with three developers. They don’t provide a project manager.

How did you come to work with Titanium Technologies?

We found them using an online marketplace for freelance developers in Israel. We posted our project, and they responded with a potential contract. It met our needs, so we began our partnership with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested around $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in December 2016, and we continue to partner with them on smaller projects.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Unfortunately, because some of our technologies’ development is done in-house and some of it is done by Titanium, the metrics we have are not necessarily correlative to their work.

How did Titanium Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done well. They meet most of our deadlines. It’s inevitable to have a bit of a lag in software development, but if I’m on a really tight timeline, they’re dedicated to putting more developers on the job to ensure the deadline is met.

We communicative primarily on Slack and Skype.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a positive attitude and work diligently to meet our expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Because their developers are often working on a lot of projects, they don’t always have the flexibility to provide me with a developer if I need them for a smaller task that won’t take up too much time. It would be great if they were able to build a larger team of developers so they could have a bit more flexibility in the way they allocate their developers’ time.
