By choosing this way, Owners & Executives can Grow, Scale, Transform, or make one more tiny change to move closer to their goal by Generating Resources instead of draining them, which usually happens with Teams and even goes unnoticed, as if this is the norm.

Living and working in the TUNA world (Turbulent-Uncertain-Novel-Ambiguous) leaders need to create a resilience space to encourage the Team not only to adjust to change but also to ride the wave and turn it into an opportunity to innovate and leverage the talents of the people within.
