The scope of work was to plan, build and maintain a functional and incredibly responsive website.

Responsiveness and bugs. Also frequent audits.

Management was very responsive and accomdating, especially Vaibhav.

They were organized, professional, and responsive. They wanted me to succeed. Vaibhav is an excellent CEO and leader.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Techuz could have done differently?

We had a severe problem with a developer and thought they could have handled it better. Another developer also didn't have the best attention to detail. All in all, they corrected the problem.

I am a novice developer of sorts, a self taught UI expert (in our own domain) which is focused on developing tools to further our main business, a food distribution/marketing company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Techuz, and what were your goals?

I tasked Techuz with building the front end side of our developments. Which includes 2 versions of a CRM app, and 2 versions of a POS app, and a control app for our main ERP

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Choosing Angular, HTML5 and bootstrap to continue our existing platform, we went ahead to build our front-end app ecosystem. This set was chosen because we have had other sections developed with this tech stack, and it is easily convertible to a PWA at the same time

There were a few, I believe at least 2-3 persons were tasked to handle code, perhaps a designer and front end integrator, and one more project supervisor

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The delivery was great, it accomplishes and achieves what was sought for

I communicated directly with the development team, and I believe the communication is monitored by the PM to oversee that the tasks are completed in time

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are quick to respond, aptly responsible in their delivery, and despite of my high expectations in design to UI conversion (and my endless berating of their team members if anything is not met to perfection) they persevere to focus to always deliver the best output (and more due to my expectations) on the project

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None. While most projects are diverse and customer requirement differs, I was not an easy customer. However, task completion were met, miscommunication on tasks were managed and above average output was gained.

I am the product manager and co-founder of Countly, a mobile and web analytics marketign company founded in 2013. We have 20 employees worldwide.

We needed developers to build a WordPress plugin because we didn't have the releavnt expertise in-house.  

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted the plugin written in PHP. Before, we only had a plugin through Countly's software development kit (SDK).

We worked with them on another project and wanted to continue the relationship.

They built the Wordpress plugin according to our internal guidelines. We also provided analysis documentation.

The team included one project manager and one developer throughout development.

We don't have measurable results yet.

They delivered on-time and communicated well. They almost never missed deadlines.

They understood the project requirements and respected our deadlines. Their communication skills also stood out.
