For what projects/services did your company hire Techbrox, and what were your goals?

I hired them for my personal portfolio site SEO service, i want to clear the SEO technical issues and due to limited budget for SEO, i want a company or agency to manage my site and just proceed things forward in increasing visibility too!

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

For me the deciding factors are: Good portfolio Responsive support Friendly behaviour Knowlegde of Google factors Doing white hat SEO work

Techbrox provided what i expect or i can say more than the expectations actually, they also did the things that are not actually included but upon my request, also they improved the website visibility as i expect them to be!

They assigned me with 2 person's from their team, 1 is SEO Specialist and 1 is project manager!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

When we started under 1 month they provided results to start to progress! and till now doing great, totally satisfied with them!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

In communication they are pretty good and fast, also with the work i have no issues for time period or something!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are doing their work as they have described.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

My suggesstion is that they should try Weekly meetings with their clients or maybe monthly or something, this can give more idea about how the work is going and let us to ask multiple questions more easily because of face to face relationships!
