TCF has been extremely responsive and helpful. This was our first time doing a PR campaign so we had a lot to learn. TCF explained everything in detail and put us at ease.

I would have liked to see the press kit for my product. Also, I was unable to upload very much media in the onboarding platform, so I had to do it later via Slack.
