TCF Team's communication via Slack was great, and they considered all of our suggestions to make the campaign stronger. The team delivered on time and responded well to our needs.

They could have anticipated censorship roadblocks ahead of the go-live date. The team wasn't completely prepared to adjust and scale our marketing efforts once our ad accounts were banned. They didn't anticipate having issues, and it was the campaign's downfall. During the campaign, the team worked extremely hard to pivot however, it should have been considered long before the project went live.
