What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

TCF Team's work resulted in a high ROAS, many backers, a lot of money raised, and a high ROI. We also received many positive comments on our Facebook ads, Kickstarter page, and Instagram ads.

We engaged TCF to support our Kickstarter campaign end-to-end through two workstreams: (1) press pitching to build awareness and social proof, and (2) Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising for pre-launch lead generation and in-campaign conversions. 
The scope included asset review, media list building, tracking press hits, ad setup using pixel/UTM tracking, creative iteration and A/B testing, daily budget management, and optimization during the live campaign. TCF also coordinated weekly check-ins, shared dashboards, and provided recommendations for landing pages and updates.

• Pre-launch growth: TCF’s lead-gen brought our landing-page subscribers to a launch-ready list size in a short window, giving us confidence to start the KS campaign on schedule.
• Launch momentum: With their day-1/day-2 ad push, we hit our minimum funding goal within 24 hours and kept strong early-stage momentum.
• Press pitching: The team secured multiple media mentions/features and maintained a steady cadence of outreach with timely updates, sustaining visibility throughout the campaign.
• Advertising execution: Campaigns were set up, tested, and optimized (audiences, creatives, budget pacing), providing consistent traffic and conversions to support the live KS push.
• Communication & reporting: Clear weekly check-ins, dashboards, and fast responses helped us make quick decisions.
• Value for cost: Overall, the deliverables and results represented good value for our budget and contributed meaningfully to the campaign outcome.

TCF’s project management was professional, structured, and highly responsive. We ran a clear weekly cadence with timelines, deliverables, and milestone check-ins. They delivered ad creatives, audience tests, and press outreach on time and provided actionable guidance for our landing page.

Communication was excellent. Via online meeting and real-time messaging, they responded quickly and kept us updated on performance, optimizations, and next steps. When challenges arose (budget pacing, audience results, press timing), they proactively proposed solutions.

The ads team iterated rapidly with A/B tests, while the press team maintained consistent outreach and reporting. Local-language support and smooth cross-timezone coordination also helped.

Overall, they managed the project with strong transparency, reliability, and adaptability—enabling us to stay on track and launch successfully.

Unfortunately, we were unable to scale the way we anticipated, given our pre-launch results. Our initial goal on Kickstarter was $1 million, and we achieved 10% of that goal.

They could have anticipated censorship roadblocks ahead of the go-live date. The team wasn't completely prepared to adjust and scale our marketing efforts once our ad accounts were banned. They didn't anticipate having issues, and it was the campaign's downfall. During the campaign, the team worked extremely hard to pivot however, it should have been considered long before the project went live.
