Tafsol was responsible for developing the entire VivoLink platform from the ground up. This included building both the front-end and back-end systems, designing a clean and responsive user interface, and setting up secure login and payment integrations. 
Key deliverables included a custom user dashboard for influencers and fans, messaging and video call features, profile creation tools, and a system to handle bookings and transactions. They also created a dedicated landing page for influencer signups and made sure the platform was scalable and globally accessible. Throughout the process, they worked closely with me to bring my vision to life and ensure every detail matched the goals of the project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the biggest indicators of progress was the constant communication, we were in touch almost daily, which kept everything moving quickly and smoothly. Tafsol sent frequent updates, shared progress consistently, and always made sure I was in the loop with what was being worked on. 
They also did a great job of working within my budget while still delivering high-quality work, which helped me keep the project on track without sacrificing results.

The project management was solid throughout. Sannia, in particular, was amazing to work with, she really went above and beyond for me. She was super responsive, always quick to answer my questions, and even put in extra hours to help meet deadlines or fix things when needed. 
Everything was delivered on time, and if there was ever a delay, it was clearly communicated and handled professionally. I always felt like my needs were genuinely understood and taken seriously.

Honestly, the only real challenge we had was the timezone difference—I think my messages were waking them up half the time! But even with that, they were always quick to respond and never made it feel like an issue.

I needed Tafsol Technologies to build an end-to-end e-commerce platform for my business.

Tafsol Technologies built an end-to-end e-commerce platform for my business, given a Figma design, a scope of work document, and a product dataset. Our services required a fully custom order flow, so they built one from scratch. The team also migrated our email hosting to Gmail and our server hosting to AWS.

We worked with 8 teammates from Tafsol Technologies. Communication was primarily between me and the project manager.

I received a bid from Tafsol Technologies through Upwork. Having previously faced difficulties with UI/UX designers and subcontractors who frequently agreed to my requests but delivered completely different outcomes, I approached this selection cautiously. Many designers had confidently claimed to understand my vision but consistently demonstrated otherwise.

In stark contrast, Tafsol Technologies stood out by demonstrating an immediate and insightful grasp of my project's unique complexities. While other bidders dismissed my requirements as typical e-commerce tasks, assuming ease based on superficial similarities, Tafsol Technologies recognized the nuanced and intricate nature of my project from the start. Though this was their first project of its kind, their technical skills and genuine understanding made them uniquely equipped to handle this challenge effectively.

Their turnaround time was exceptionally fast, and they invested significant effort in thoroughly reviewing the entire scope-of-work document PRIOR to submitting their bid. Notably, their proposal included thoughtful, targeted questions—evidence of their comprehensive understanding and genuine commitment to the project's success.

The main challenge throughout this project was its inherent complexity. As the project evolved, numerous adjustments and adaptations to the original scope were necessary. Tafsol Technologies consistently demonstrated flexibility and understanding, moving at my pace—or even faster. My involvement was high, providing clear and direct UI/UX instructions almost daily, all of which Tafsol Technologies promptly acted upon, ensuring they always understood exactly what I wanted.

We maintained excellent communication, with weekly Zoom meetings to discuss progress and next steps, supplemented by consistent and timely text interactions. The team regularly pushed updates to a temporary development server, allowing me to see weekly progress firsthand. During our Zoom calls, they provided thorough walkthroughs, further enhancing transparency and collaboration throughout the development process.

We developed a program that first imports the video of a sporting event where a particular referee works.

From there, we begin the sporting event and bookmark all the events during the match.

These bookmarks create a mathematical score based on the referee's performance.

Once finished, we use Chapgpt to help analyze the results.

The report and video are sent back to the referee for review.

The program was presented to the NCAA.  They have expressed great interest in potentially using the program.
