I am a doctor, the owner of Darshancounselling. We provide psychotherapy to mental health patients, mostly to those located in the State of California, where we are licensed.

From the information provided according to our goal, Tafsol Technologies has developed our website from scratch. The team has created the logo, the design, WordPress, and all necessary features needed for the website to work according to the needs of the business.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found this company via Upwork. Several candidates were interviewed, and we picked Taqui, the representative of the company.

We communicated via phone, e-mail, and zoom on several occasions. We communicated to them our ideas and the purpose of the business. They presented to us some quick turnaround sketches and their parallel ideas, and soon the website started to take shape.

We were assigned a project manager who quickly picked our minds and was easy to work with.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website is well-designed, user-friendly, and started attracting potential patients.

Taqui was our main contact. He is knowledgeable, fluent in English, polite, patient, and eager to deliver a finished project to our satisfaction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This project has zoom integration and a calendar for patients to set their appointments. We found those features well designed and easy to operate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As the original creator of the website, we plan to continue working with Taqui for web troubleshooting support. We hope that he will continue to provide us with quick response services as needed.

I am the owner of Pointer Pros, and we offer a variety of business service solutions for marketing and recruiting.

We did not have a website, and Tafsol helped us design and develop our vision of what we wanted our website to be. We needed our business solution services, our merchandise, and our blog to be presented in a very clean and organized manner.

Tafsol has worked with one of my colleagues who recommended them highly. We are anticipating that we will need SEO and Graphic Design services as well in the future, and possibly app development, which is why we chose Tafsol.

We discussed themes and structural layout of the website first. Then the features, forms, plugins, and data collection we would need to make the user experience as streamline as possible. After that we started plugging in the content, and the e-commerce side of things. The process was very smooth and enjoyable.

A project manager and the developer were my two points of contact which really simplified communications.

Our business flourished with inbound inquiries, phone calls, emails, and merchandise sales. The first 3 months our revenue was up 53% YoY and also saved us a lot of administrative work, which widened our profit margin by 8%.

They preferred email and WhatsApp for communication on the design and development. We would have Zoom calls to discuss more complex issues that needed clarification

Their ability to execute what I wanted exactly was impressive. There was no compromise. They stuck to the budget and the timeline, which was flexible anyway.

It’s not easy to provide any criticism for the caliber of work Tafsol provided.

After a series of consultation for our wulus.com eCommerce Marketplace update, we decided to move the project forward from initial consultation to execution. We discussed with Tafsol Technologies and were impressed with their presentation and we proceeded and hired them for the project'

We did not have any online presence before Tafsol and now we have a transactional website with fantastic SEO services

They brought my design ideas to life and implemented the necessary development to have a clean and functional website

Needed a Wordpress website that featured online service quotes, retail sales, blog, and about us.

It was handled within my budget and my time frame, during very volatile times. Couldn’t ask for more.

Email, Zoom, WhatsApp were the most commonly used coming stink tools and most requests were completed within 1-4 business days.
