1. Createa Brand Guidelines for Olivia Montessori that included the Logo, Color Pallete, Typography etc. Also support us in crating the Branding Values, Mission and Vision of the company,
2. Desgin a Website that reflected our brand and our services relating to Montessori Preschool education. The website should be creative, user friendly and provide all the necessary information in a nice and warm manner that the parents are looking for.
3. Ensure the website caters to parents so that they can contact us and take admissions with Chat and Forms integration.
4. Conncet data to know how many visitors have visitied the website and create marketig strategies so that the visitors can be re-targeted.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. We loved the branding. It was flexible, verstaile and aligned with our services and audience. We are able to easily use it everywhere. Due it's unique colors people recognize it. 
2. The website turned out to be amazing and beautiful. Many of the parents and visitors who came in to check our school complimented our website. We got easily 10 enquies from the website in a month. 
3. Tacitcs also helped us align our Digital Marketing and Offline Marketing presence by giving us strategies. This helped us get many admissions. 
4. They guided on how to speak with leads and how to convert them into admissions. Provided us great insights on customer experience as well.

Yes, they delivered everything on time. I would rather say, they delivered before time. They had collected all the necessary information before the project itself. Tactics pretty much met all our requirements without us having to make any changes.

Provide more frequent updates, maybe.
