I am a researcher in the manufacturing field and I needed a website to provide specific services.

We created a website related to the automotive industrial field so the students can log in and choose the required tools and make the required simulation that is needed before doing the actual cutting on the piece of the specimen.

I knew that the founder was a mechanical engineer, and he is the best to understand my industrial needs and apply them to web design.

The website built on WordPress CMS was built using PHP language. First, we had to sit with the designer and developer together in order to describe what we exactly need in our project.

We made a sketch and after a few days, they sent me a concept. I liked it and gave them the green line to move on for months there was a lot of modification until we reached the final product at the end.

The team was mainly 3 developers and 2 designers but we were in touch with one developer and one designer.

We run the website along with a marketing plan from their side, as they are running digital marketing campains. That helped us a lot as we started to see results immediately. The traffic and visits were reasonably good and the bounce rate was low.

The team was in touch with us always via WhatsApp group and made Trello accounts so we can follow the updates.

If there is one thing to mention I would say, the customer support was amazing and they were very patient.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Actually, regarding our experience, every thing was smooth and easy I can't think of a thing that needs improvement.
