I’m the publisher of Oilman Magazine, a trade journal for the oil and gas industry. We run Oilman Connect, a two-day virtual conference and expo dedicated to emerging technology and innovative software in our field.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal with Pereus Marketing (RPMC) was to set at least five demo appointments for Oilman Connect.

Pereus Marketing (RPMC) has completed several previous call campaigns for us, so it was an easy decision to use their team for our virtual event.

We asked Pereus Marketing (RPMC) to call 100 prospects three times. Before they started this project, we've already sent the prospects several emails.

What was the team composition?

Pereus Marketing (RPMC) provided two team members to call 100 contacts.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They did a wonderful job. From the 100 prospects called, we were able to secure four meetings. Pereus Marketing (RPMC)’s team worked with our CRM without a problem.

The workflow with Pereus Marketing (RPMC) was fantastic. They took the initiative to reach out to us for feedback.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The Pereus Marketing (RPMC) team was great. I like the detailed notes that they provided after each call.

They didn’t launch the campaign as promised.

The workflow was not effective. They insisted on getting paid even though they delivered nothing and never followed up.

They should follow up on the projects that they commit to.

RPMC is responsible for prospecting leads. They would aggregate lists, create scripts, and call potential customers to see if they would be interested in using our services. They would then confirm and set appointments for us.

We work with a rotating team, but mostly with their founder and a project manager.

Working with them has allowed our company to gain new clarity on our customer base and how to acquire consistent new business.

The whole team is highly responsive and methodical in their approach. They are good communicators.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What impresses me the most is that their founder consistently and genuinely cares about both his customers and his staff. You can tell the quality of a company by its leadership and culture, and RPMC has both. They are professionals who put their heart and soul into their work.
