I am the co-founder and CEO of Audiographies. Audiographies provides narrative consulting and full service production services for individuals in the health and wellness, life coaching and professional development fields.

We were having trouble with prospect calls. SHP proposed to help us talk to more prospective customers.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to get more customers. What that meant for SHP was that they were scheduling us calls on our calendar every time they were cold-calling our potential customers.

They helped us develop a script that would help us get more customers interested in what we did and call these prospects to gauge their interest.

If the conversation went well, they would forward us the lead's email/phone number and schedule a call on our Calendly to actually talk to them.

It was a semi-automated lead generation process that was seamless when everything was in order.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with one person who is my account lead. He organizes each call campaign and updates us on how they are going in our weekly video calls.

We were able to sign a client that they introduced to us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been great. They have integrated into our process seamlessly and are very responsive if I have any questions or concerns.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by how much their process actually got us leads and how, once everything was in place, automatic the scheduling of these customer calls became.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I wanted them to be more transparent about their payment policy. My business partner and I wanted to be on for 6 months only but recently learned that we had signed on for 12 months.

They have a cancellation policy but I wish that instead of having their customers commit for a period of time, they would to a more month by month model where cancellation is more straightforward.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Superhuman Prospecting was dedicated enough to understand our client's pitch and deliver it well. They were flexible in our arrangement and willing to customize their workflow to work with us and our clients. They successfully set many appointments for our client.

It was effective, we met weekly and were always made aware of the status and progress of our campaign.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed with their ability to understand our client's highly-nuanced sales pitch and deliver it to prospects over the phone well. We were also impressed with their willingness to be flexible with us, as our engagement with SHP was just one aspect of our larger campaign.

Reporting on campaign performance could be improved but was not an issue.

Calls were made M-Thr during business hours. Pereus representatives would call off spreadsheet and update leads accordingly daily. We also have bi monthly calls for updates and goal setting.

The results were satisfying. Pereus Marketing (RPMC) did what was asked of them. They called all contacts, and leads were gained during the process.

The process was okay, but could have been better. Some communications lacked clarity. These had to be followed-up by additional calls in order to clear up the confusion. Overall, the workflow was satisfactory and the script was completed on time.

I really appreciated that their CEO was willing to jump on a call right away when things didn’t go as planned. He and I had a good conversation to set the campaign up for success.

The initial setup and communication between sales and project management teams could be improved. Other than that, all was great.

Next, we tweaked the call script in detail, then the campaign kicked off. We had a mid-campaign call to discuss the results to date and to see what we could improve. At the end of the campaign, we had a final call to discuss the final results. They billed us upfront for the total amount.

Pereus Marketing (RPMC) exceeded our expectations by a lot. They got a 26% response rate out of 100 contacted decision makers, and generated five appointments.

Their communication was mainly through email. That wasn't an issue for us because Pereus Marketing (RPMC) was fast to reply to any questions about the campaign.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Pereus Marketing (RPMC)’s results, transparency, and superb communication were all impressive. They also have a big team of actual humans—not a software or bot—to make their calls, which helps a lot.

Are there any areas for improvement?

My only suggestion is to change the design of the call tracker. It was a little difficult to use at first, but we got used to it pretty quickly.

The project has been quite successful. We started on a one-off basis but have since moved to assigning them monthly campaigns. It’s allowed us to focus on closing sales and expanding into three additional states.

Communication has never been a problem. They have a very effective onboarding process. Mistakes do happen, but they're corrected quickly. We have access to key data points to measure performance, and we hold a monthly review to make quick pivots and adjustments.

Their professionalism is at a best-in-industry level. They’ve exceeded our expectations.

Every business has areas for improvement. We’ve had a few minor glitches, but in some cases, they were due to information we either provided or failed to provide. Pereus has always been very willing to correct any problem, be it their fault or ours.
