Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the managing director of Short Whispers, which is owned by Short Whispers Media Ltd. and focuses on assisting creatives in monetizing their work throughout the world.

For what projects/services did your company hire Studia Labs, and what were your goals?

We founded Short Whispers Media Ltd. to provide a worldwide platform for local creatives to commercialize their work. This firm does not have an online community or a website blog. As a result, we recruited Studialabs to create an interactive online application for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for the companies who can design and develop an interactive and mobile-first web app, and discovered Studia Labs on Instagram. We reviewed their website and other customer reviews about them, and then we chose Studia Labs because they have a clear workflow strategy and they deliver on time.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We conducted a Zoom conference to talk about our goals for creating this website. We wanted to provide items from a variety of categories. So they provided a wireframe design that we accepted, and then they chose a team to collaborate with us. After that, they created a PHP-based website that is extremely dynamic, responsive, appealing, and user-friendly. Aside from design, Studia Labs meticulously selected payment gateways, bulk email providers, and server infrastructure.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our major point of contact was the project manager. This project was completed by a team of five individuals, including designers, developers, and programmers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

we were able to launch the project on time, which was an achievement for us. Within the first 5 months, we have been able to register 9000+ creatives which is a 67% increase an the number is still rising. Studia Labs has also helped us achieve a reputable online brand.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We communicated with their project manager on a daily basis on the progress of this project. The team was connected to us via Slack, and everyone was required to submit daily work to Trello for evaluation and approval. The project management approach adhered to the deadline as well as our level of satisfaction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Studia Labs has a professional and seasoned staff when it comes to startups and media firms, but they are also young, youthful, and fun to work with. They had the right vision that our business needed, and they carefully taught us every aspect of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't believe so.
