StamSoft redesigned and developed the LeaseAuto website and built a new CRM platform for our partner car dealerships. What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Improved consumer experience overall. The new website gave LeaseAuto a more professional and premium online presence. The CRM platform made our internal process and communication with partner dealerships much more organized. It is now easier to manage customer requests, follow the status of each case, and keep the process clear for everyone involved. We also improved our online communication through social media, which helped us present our services more clearly and reach more potential customers. Overall, the project helped us create a better user experience, reduce friction in the process, and make our daily work with customers and dealerships easier. It truly felt like partners working towards a common goal.
